Returns / Refunds
We are absolutely 100% committed in your happiness. We treat each situation differently; however, these are the major guidelines.
1. You have 30 days to return a product.
2. Tags on shirts must still be attached.
3. Hats, costumes, socks, under garments, wigs and books are not returnable unless we sent the wrong item.
4. Collectors items may not be refundable.
If you receive a defective or wrong product, please leave in its original packaging.

Contact us first
Call or email us beforehand so we can make arrangements for return. We will send you an appropriate package and mailing slip (USPS or UPS depending on your preference.)
Once an item is returned, we will refund your order immediately or replace the item.
We try to make this painless
We know it's already a pain to have to return something. If you send back and item and decide to order something different, that will be treated as a new order (billed separately etc.). Once we receive the original product back, a full refund will be issued. If an agreement is made to send a substitute, that item will be shipped once original item is returned.
